Social media is a huge part of online communicating today. Today, millennials are a part of an even larger portion of that communicating. A lot of people who have been in the social media game believe that people in their young-20’s are incapable of running a company’s sites. But on the contrary, I believe that hiring younger may be the best idea yet. Age isn’t really a sense of maturity in the first place, just ask my dad.
Why would you want to hire someone so young? They have creativity. Now a days people at a young age just want to feel “special”, leaving more room for open ideas. If someone is able to channel this into your brand it could definitely be a benefit to have someone on your team who can generate new and different ideas.
